One that went up after the restatement even though earnings dropped from like 65cents to 12 cents going forwad. Peregrine Systems Inc. (PRGN) rose 1 7/16, or 5.3 percent, to 28 5/8. The developer of software to manage buildings, equipment and other infrastructure said it plans to take a $4.1 million charge and restate financial results extending to the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1997.
