From what I've heard, you should be able to disable proxy access altogether for best performance. Have you tried that?

OK...I figured out the direct connection. Nice tip.

Please ask your beta user if he uses Netscape and if he disabled the extra browser window that opens in @Home. (When loading Netscape for @Home, 2 browser windows open up. One is the normal browser window and the other is special @Home browser window.)
