A Note on Shares outstanding:
As of last quarter AOL has 934M shares of which 682M are float.
...................NSCP has 103.5M .............. 40.5M float.

Based on 0.9 conversion multiplier, total number of AOL shares after merger will be 1027M (float 718.5M).

Current market cap is 97B.

So it is reasonable to assume that at least 2 splits (2-for-1) are there in near term. That will bring the total shares to 4.1B.
