3Com will rise again. The partnerships, with Siemens, Microsoft and Bell South, given time, are going to pay dividends for 3Com. The alliances will take about till this time next year to really have a material impact. The company is well positioned for the convergence of voice and data. Buy on dips, but remember this is no internet stock. Good luck(given past performance we need it).
