Hummingbird Communications Ltd. Dow Jones Newswires -- April 12, 1999 Ingram Micro To Distribute Hummingbird Commun Pdts In US SANTA ANA, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Ingram Micro Inc. (IM) and Hummingbird Communications Ltd. (HUMC) said they have signed an agreement pursuant to which Ingram will distribute Hummingbird products in the U.S. In a news release, the companies said Ingram will distribute Hummingbird's enterprise connectivity software, including the Exceed, Exceed Web, HostExplorer, HostExplorer Web and the NFS Maestro family of products. Hummingbird, Toronto, provides enterprise connectivity software. Ingram Micro sells technology products and services.
