Tabler, that is how i found Anthony's post of www.ghsecurities.ky/home.htm, but it appeared to come out of nowhere ie. no explanation/description and no post asking for it. Maybe I'm mistaken. Also, still didn't find whether Instanet is the best. Also, is it an Instanet account stand alone? or offshore account stand alone? or Instanet within an offshore account? If it's offshore account stand alone (ie not Instanet), then is it a company/broker specializing in shorting? or is it an on-line account?
