The Street hasn't really digested this news. The more I think
about it, with this deal, IDTC has just become the de factor
standard in IP telephony, and the default provider.
With Netscape, AOL, Yahoo, Excite and Geocities endorsement
IDTC has got it all.

The question is how much revenue it will generate and at what
growth rate. Whether the analysts will be willing to view IDTC as an
internet play. Or if Net2Phone was a startup unassociated with IDTC's
past, just coming to the IPO market, how much would it fetch.

Then we can see $40+.

VOCLF is still a good buy IMHO. They are a clear buy out target for any number of Intl companies, and I got to believe it will be at a significant premium to it's current price. I have even considered buying some of the stock just as a buy out play. IDT's recent popularizing of internet telephony can only make Vocaltec look even juicier to investors and corporate raiders.
