Hi Richard

Thanks for trying. I'm beginning to think it's time to reformat the hard drive, the only thing stopping me is the thought of having to back up all the programs I've downloaded off the net--now a zip drive would be nice, better yet a rewritable CD! I'm thinking it's going to take an awful lot of floppys otherwise.

I was also thinking that I could FTP my files to a friend and have him send them back when I'm done, do you think that would work?

Hmmm, I think I'll work around it for a while, it's really just an annoyance right now, but then again I've had this computer for 2 years and a clean slate sounds kind of appealing.

Thanks
Lou

Hi Richard

Well I got DUN to automatically connect with my ISP when I start Explorer again, I just ran the IE 4.01 SP1 set up again.

I like telling my friends to never delete .dll files, especially when you don't know what files they interact with, hmmm, maybe now I'll take my own advice.
