The request is dated on February 2, 1999 almost a month and a half ago and the business plan is on the site.The reverse was supposed to be done yesterday.Why do you persist in asking for insider info before datapower has control of the company??????GEEEEZE I wouldn't send you any info either if I did not have control of the shell yet as the deal could fall apart before the reverse which is the precurser to the reverse merge share exchange.Good Luck and back to lurking.

Why thank you :)))))) But seriously, the statement "we will be in a position to move forward with the reorganization plan for the company which will involve some new financing as you would expect." is expected and just wait and see what effect it will have on the stock and its price!
