Gold ... oil ... interest rates ... Make you think of anything? Hmmm ... I wonder what to make of all of this. Now I wouldn't describe myself as a bear, in fact far from it, but it does sort of make you wonder. Maybe we need some "unbridled optimism" before it means anything. <g>

I have read where REIT's benefit for 3 to 15 months after the first rate hike by the Feds.If true , is it that the fear of inflation at that point in the cycle overshadows the increasing leveraging costs, ( or would you totally disagree with the entire premise ). gregor.
