They don't have the share price to do it either. He must be quite bullish re a share price a year from now. After all, it is his company...

Regarding your question, obviously Mr Serruya expects YF.a shareprice to rise over the next year and in unison, market cap. He regards a Nasdaq listing as one of many progressive and necessary steps in the companies evolution. As well it will help to shore up U.S investor confidence in the company which bodes well for raising additional capital when needed in the future. As per Mr Serruya, 80% of the last fiscal yrs revenues were U.S derived, and he expects this years to be around 90%. It is only a natural step to become a U.S listed security. He states that they are looking at & reviewing the application process now. (who knows how long that will take though) He also stated that they are looking very closely at there largest U.S based yogurt competitor (I don't know if you should read between the lines on that statement or not)

* A hedging program is now being implemented in order to protect the company from future rising butterfat prices.
