Dan: Trading is bad a idea for 99% of the millions of people who have begun to use online brokers. I believe this is who the message is targeted at. When Joe Kernan is saying there are millions of Day Traders, you not that the term is being used very loosely. Then regulatory bodies are just trying to educate the masses on the pitfalls of trading verses using online investment resources to manage their money conservatively and effectively.

And you obviously think this would cause them as your (our) duly elected representatives to spring into objectivity. LAUGHING OUT LOUD, ROLLING ON THE FLOOR, TURNING RED IN THE FACE, GASPING FOR BREATH .... AND....HOLDING MY SIDES IN CONVULSIVE LAUGHTER.
