Richard,
I'll jump in here before Joe does. I too have taken a nice position in BFLY (with the speculative part of my portfolio) and my wife and I have shopped on the site. For a while the selection was ridiculously small, but they seem to have made big strides lately. We placed several small orders that were shipped promptly and accurately. But in general there is still ample room for improvement in their site.
