Mr. David McDonald reports
Dianor Resources Inc. has completed the second closing of its financing of
$399,000 as well as the closing of $150,000 private placement for a total of
$549,000.
The $399,000 financing was executed at a price of 25 cents per share a total of
1,596,000 additional shares and 1,596,000 warrants. Each warrant allows its
holder to subscribe to one Dianor common share at a price of 35 cents before
Dec. 31, 1999. The agent was Obligations Montreal Inc.
The $150,000 financing was executed through a private placement at a price of
20 cents per share. Dianor will issue a total of 750,000 additional shares as well
as a total of 750,000 warrants to the subscribers. Each warrant allows its holder
to subscribe to one Dianor common share at a price of 26 cents for a period of 24
months.
An exploration program is under way on Dianor's Yasinski and Yasinski North
properties and the MEP 1404 which are in the James Bay area.
The continuing program consists of prospecting and geological mapping and is
executed in the area of the gold showings which yielded results varying between
1.26 grams per tonne Au (0.04 ounces) and 1,917.75 g/t Au (56 ounces) from
four samples collected in a metric-size quartz-carbonate lens containing visible
gold. A more through geological understanding of the main gold showing and the
follow-up prospecting on the principal veins will increase the probability of
delineating a significant mineralized zone.
The work carried out to date suggests the presence of several new promising
mineralized sectors. A compilation of the first results is under way and more
precise information will be released as soon as available. All assays are performed
with an atomic absorption method and a metallic sieve method at the Intertek
Testing Services Laboratory in Val d'Or, Que.

Mr. David McDonald reports
A prospecting and mapping program executed on the 100-per-cent-owned MEP
1404 and the Yasinski and Yasinski North properties returned values up to 66.99
grams per tonne Au (1.96) in two mineralized sectors separated by a distance of
1.7 kilometres (5,600 feet) along an important regional structure.

Dianor Resources has completed the first results of a geological mapping and
prospecting program executed on the project 1404 (MEP 1404 and Yasinski and
Yasinski North properties).
Two mineralized sectors separated by a distance of 1.7 kilometres (5,600 feet)
along all east-northeast trending regional structure were uncovered during
geological mapping and prospecting.
The David mineralized sector consists in a 350-metre (1,150-foot) by 200-metre
(656-foot) quartz-rich section of the principal felsic intrusive. The quartz veins are
generally north-south and east-northeast in orientation, have a maximum width of
0.30 metres (one foot) and are mineralized with pyrite and chalcopyrite. A total of
nine samples were collected from the veins, eight of them yielding results above
0.5 g/t Au with values varying between 0.70 g/t Au (0.02 ounces) and 66.99 g/t
Au (1.96 ounces).
The Pascale mineralized sector is 1.7 kilometres (5,600 feet) east of the David
sector consists in a 170-metre (560-foot) by 100-metre (330-foot) quartz-rich
section of Yasinski Group volcano-sedimentary rocks. The quartz veins show a
general northeast orientation, have a maximum width of 0.60 metres (two feet)
and are mineralized with pyrite, chalcopyrite and galena. A total of nine samples
were collected from the veins, five of them yielding result above 0.5 g/t Au with
values varying between 2.39 g/t Au (0.07 ounces) and 36.96 g/t Au (1.08
ounces).
A value of 13.47 g/t Au (0.39 ounces) was also obtained from a sample collected
in a 0.10-metre (four-inch) wide fracturation zone with an east-northeast
orientation immediately southeast of the David sector.
These new discoveries reflect the widespread nature of the mineralization and the
potential of the volcano-sedimentary sequence between Lake Menarik and the
Yasinski North property high-grade showing of 1998 which yielded a value of
1,917.75 g/t Au (56 ounces) (as reported in Stockwatch Dec. 8, 1998). All
reported assays were obtained from rock grab samples. All assays were
performed with an atomic absorption method at the Intertek Testing Services
laboratory in Val d'Or, Que. A follow-up exploration program is presently under
way and additional results will be released as soon as possible.

Mr. Philippe Giaro reports
Dianor Resources has received additional results from a geological mapping and
prospecting program executed on Project 1404 (MEP 1404 and Yasinski and
Yasinski North properties).
Four new showings between the David and Pascale mineralized sectors, which
yielded results up to 12.72 grams per tonne Au (0.37 of an ounce) confirm the
continuity of an east-northeast-trending corridor mineralized on a minimum
distance of 1.7 kilometres (5,600 feet) and over a width of 600 metres (1,950
feet). The values presented below were obtained from grab samples collected in
outcrop exposures.

Several east-northeast-trending regional structures were mapped within the
corridor and are responsible for the observed mineralization. The Gordie and Will
showings are hosted in an east-west trending shear zone at the contact between
the volcano-sedimentary rocks of the Yasinski group and the principal felsic
intrusive stock. The Benoit and Pierre showings correspond to stockwork zones
adjacent to the regional structures within the principal felsic intrusive stock.
All assays were performed with an atomic absorption method at the Intertek
Testing Services laboratory in Val d'Or, Que. A follow-up exploration program is
presently under way and additional results will be released as soon as possible.
A prospecting and mapping program executed on the 100-per-cent-owned MEP
1404 and the Yasinski and Yasinski North properties returned values up to 66.99
g/t Au (1.96 ounces) within corridor mineralized on a minimum distance of 1.7
kilometres (5,600 feet) and over a width of 600 metres (1,950 feet).

NN - I know you are still in - all is not lost - something is up - I dont know which project - I am guessing Newfie.

Only because JLB-MSE and CM<E-VSE were verey suspicious today

JLB pres says he was shocked by 250k bid from YT at ,30 all day - And he aint no regular mining P&Der

OK NN - I thought something was up the other day - CC just bought 500k.

Now on that note I own some JLB who have properties in LAB - they are up?????? And the pres told me he dont know why - I have a theroy that sombody is hauling some core up there - I just dont know who.

BTW - Likely today will be my #1 day ever daytrading - not to mention all my position and LT holds are up to way up.
