Jens not quite sure what you are asking but the transfer agent takes care of the reverse split and reporting and issuance thereafter.If you are asking about the shares issued to ISSM I believe you are right that they are restricted leaving a low float trading after the reverse.Look for a dip after the reverse until they get some sales done and the business plan is put into effect at the next stage.I also expect a change of board members as well as possibly a change of name to Datapower International or some variation.(Just a hypothesis) Osprey
