Hi Marty - I actually enjoy classical music as well. It really has nothing to do with age. However - our target market (which is what we care about) probably has a different taste in music - which should take precedence over our own individual tastes. Someone had the idea about giving people the option (via voice mail) about what kind of music they wanted to listen to while on hold. This may work as long as we don't create a voice mail "prison". Some companies have taken this concept to extremes - which we definetely don't want to do.

My overall vote is to play the music with the widest appeal to our target market. :~)

Regards,

<<Would you rather hear classical, opera, or have to listen to V$gas doing his Elvis impersonation?>> I agree with you Dr. Marty. It is said that good classical music brings out ones creative abilities. Boy, i sure hope that RG and his management team are listening to a lot of classical music.

All Good regards;

Paul
