BTW did you notice that the ask brought us to a pre split value of double last trade:
1.12 - last trade was 0.0664054
With 1.12 pre split would be 0.112 !!


Not sure what you are saying here Jens but the reverse was or is supposed to be 10-1 as per the sec filing.I am not sure if it is 10-1 on the last trade or 10-1 on the offered price.In one of my conversations with management they anticipated it may be around the .10/share leaving a post reverse split price of 1.00/share.As to the restricted shares Sec 144 would apply with a 1 year hold.
****** As a bit of info regarding Canadian rules when a private placement is done it is basically this.If the company has filed regular information reports the hold period on PP shares is 4 months.If they have not filed annual information reports the hold period is one year.FWIW
