I love the "Who DOESN'T pump and dump" quote.... sheer genius. He will try to get around this by claiming that he is not a professional ... or a broker... but he DOES make a living from his antics, no doubt about that. This may set a few precedents, and there are others who will pay if this one goes down as I hope.... A disclaimer does not excuse a crime. "Musicguy is on no way a criminal and the act of homicide shall not be construed as a crime" does not let me strangle those I'd like to.... MG
