I agree, current market cap of 146.5 million, yet NetSilicon IPO is estimated at between 144 million and 168 million.

Plus the Gigamux is only one aspect of the company, but as PAR said it is the most important part. IMO should be valued at more than NetSilicon.

86 current evaluators, and goal is 10% of metro DWDM market. Can expect not 100%, not 300%, not 500%, but greater growth in years to come in sales of Osicom's Gigamux and related products.

In six months our market cap should be well over 300 million!

Hi Afaq,

I am a professional in Telecom industry and looking for some investment opportunities in Metro area. Osicom comes to my mind after I saw them in OFC 99. I am studying this company at this moment.

I wonder if you have a link to back your statement below. The only thing I can find for now is in the news wire about FIBR's offering to public for $3M shares.

QW

<< I am using proposed 12 mil. shares at $14 a share to get total proposed valuation of NETSilicon at $168 mil. Dividing that by 9 mil. shares outstanding for Osicom will give you a per share value of $18.66, which is less than the current per share price of the whole company. It is simply incredible!>>
