Nevada Bob's Canada Inc. Announces New Officer and New Appointee to Board CALGARY, March 25 /CNW/ - Nevada Bob's Canada (''NBC'') announced today the appointment of Mr. Darcy R. Ell, CA as Chief Financial Officer. Lyle P. Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, said ''Darcy's promotion to CFO marks an important transition for NBC as we leave our start-up phase and focus on operations.'' Previously Mr. Ell was Vice-President, Finance for NBC. In addition, NBC announced the appointment of Mr. Fred Cadham to the Board of Directors. Mr. Cadham is from Vancouver, BC and is active in business and community affairs in Canada and the United States. He will serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee, replacing Mr. Wieland Wettstein who resigned. Nevada Bob's Canada owns and operates 40 Nevada Bob's specialty golf retail locations across Canada and in the greater Seattle area of Washington State. NBC is the master franchisor to 18 Nevada Bob's franchises in eastern Canada.
