I think the vast majority of the volume in this stock is coming from those either posting or lurking on SI.

My conclusion is that new buyers are needed - everybody here is tapped out.

Jeff Plank seems to have done nothing for ETPI.

The Blue-sky issue seems to have been a non-issue. Nobody seems to be effectively working the street selling the stock.
