Hi Phil,

<<If our target market has a preference for other than classical music when being put on hold - are you going to continue with your present position ?>>

I guess, Phil, I didn't make my present position very clear. I was only bringing up a point "off topic" and labeled it as such. Of course I want what is best for TSIG! I completely agree that "classical" music is not for everyone, but neither is any other type of music. That's why I suggested what I thought was the simplest solution... "elevator" music. It may not be anyone's favorite, but it also is not really disliked by anyone either. We may have a target market, but just look at the list of different music genres available... even for so-called "popular" music. Which one do you pick that would be non-offensive to all in that target market? IMO, not necessarily my favorite or your favorite or anyone else's favorite. Perhaps that is why Muzak has always been such a success... their background music offends no one.

Just my opinion.

Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!!

Best always,

Marty
