It was supposed to be on sale in 2000 malls across the nation by the end of October, according to another company claim. I am genuinely at a loss to imagine what reasons could be offered in "defense" (as Spidey would no doubt say) of an investment in this company. Its fundamentals are disastrous, and its involved in litigation up the wazoo. And just guess who's paying for all those lawyers and lawsuits?
