I believe in my opinion that if the deal were in the hands of the lawyers then ,the lawyers could only be preparing one of three scenarios. One, where the parameters of what already exists in the industry are expanded . Or two,a combination of existing industry norms.Or three, new ground . This would take more time, and if the deal required senior council opinion , this would definitely add a few weeks to the completion time. Even so, I view any of the three scenarios in a positive mode. I am not a lawyer and the above is pure guesswork on my part.
