Good morning, El- No, I am still waiting for the call. For now, here's the little I was able to get the woman who answered the phone while everyone else was at the meeting to say.

Please note that she kept saying Irma [the woman I had initially spoken with who is supposed to call me back] could answer my questions when she got back, that she would leave Irma a message to call me. This was said a number of times and I had the distinct impression she was groaning to herself when instead of just saying I'd wait to hear from Irma--then hang-up the phone--I said I had some questions I was sure she could answer. I felt like a news reporter trying to get a politician to answer questions while he was running to catch a flight. The entire conversation was so unsatisfactory that I had wanted to wait before saying anything until I had an opportunity to talk to Irma. When I do, even these two questions will be asked again.

Victor's question #1:
Since you said EM's comment referred only to PC's in the first six weeks, what was the state of sales in the same six weeks from all other product lines and services?

A: I can't comment. This quarter has been unusual. Last year [same quarter] was unusual. Tien [a person in another division?] would deal with this kind of information [sales from product lines].

Voctor #2:
(2) EM made his comment in the third week of February about the first six weeks; we are now in the 2nd week of March. How is February and March doing?

A: All I know is that there was a pick-up. This is the last word IR heard from sales. I can't comment any more. These are tricky things.

Getting this far was like pulling teeth out of a worm.
