GROUP V EXPECTS '98 10K FILING BY APRIL 1
-First and Second Quarter Financials to be Released by April 15

San Francisco, CA (March 12, 1999): Group V today announced an anticipated filing of the year-end 1998 10K by April 1.
The Company also reported that the first and second quarter reports for 1999 are scheduled to be released in mid-April.

The Company further indicated that it now expects all future filings will be in accordance with SEC requirements as had been
the Company's previous experience and will be available for review via Edgar.
