Greywolf - interesting choice of exercise prices:

At current exchange rates:

Oct. 1 - 15/99: SEK23 = USD2.84 = C$4.33

Jan 10 - Mar 31/2000: SEK 28 = USD3.45 = C$5.27

This at a time when LOI has been trading (very sporadically) on the Toronto Stock Exchange at around C$3.00 per share. Whether these warrants are a good deal obviously depends on the underlying share price at the respective exercise times.

If they turn out to be a good deal, we can be happy that the warrants were offered to existing shareholders instead of a low-priced private placement to benefit friends, etc. of the insiders.

Regards.

Joe
