The CNBC folks YES.

I meant the 'guest' who was swinging the 'pension fund', 'one time gains ', 'It's not accounting fraud, but...' arguements. CNBC has been pretty strict about the guests disclosing if the hold long or short positions in the stock since the Jim Cramer blowup... but I'm not sure if they have to disclose their open interest positions (covered or naked puts/calls).....
