I checked Free Edgar this morning after reading the Bloomie blurb, but it wasn't up there yet.

Agreed- and I also agree about the stabilizing. Actually, one of the short selling strategies I use is to short stabilized IPOs, the ones that just hover at their offering price on low volume; shows up really clearly on the chart- problem is usually getting the shares. I've never thought about this strategy with regard to a SPO. I agree with what you said about the negligible support at $12, but it should bounce there a bit, I imagine.

ONSL also taking it on the chin the past few days.
