Before anyone gets too nervous, Mrs. Eagan sells various amounts of EMC shares during the year, every year. This is her compensation. She will probably sell some more later on this year. In my opinion, this is a non-event.

EMC insiders, including Mrs. Egan, have been selling since (split adjusted) EMC shares traded for < $10.00/share. You can't buy a Mansion, a Ferrari, etc... with shares can you? You need greenbacks.
