El, thanks for the tip on IR. "I promise to call you back in a few minutes," to me means don't run that errand, wait for the call. Rather that lie to people, if CPQ's IR people randomly decides who they will and will not return calls to they should have everyone connect with voice mail first. I'm annoyed. If I felt it would do any good, I'd write someone a letter. Even if IR gets asked questions they can not or are not permitted to answer, its better for a shareholder to be told this than to be ignored. Two weeks???? Uncalled for. Lynn
