By the end of the day---it should go up. I think it had been held down by the cloud over the PC industry, even though it was doing well.
If the PC stock--and Intel go up, MSFT is sure to follow.

I personally think they will do great this quarter---just want to surprised the street a little bit.

Blankmind,

What going on is that you are listening to Tech2000 who is an eternal MSFT optimist. He has been calling MSFT to be near $200 for several weeks now. He said that MSFT would fly this week because of the split record date. None of that has happened.

Your taking advise from a man that has 80% investment interest in MSFT. Do you think for one second Tech will be suggesting that MSFT will ever be going down?

When you do nothing but read the glossy literature on MSFT stock then you will not see whats happening for real.

Tech will be calling MSFT stock to go up until some day it finally happens and then you all will say that TECH was a genious for calling the stock rise. No one is questioning Tech and many others on this board about why they have been wrong over the past several weeks regarding the pre-split stock surge to $175-$200. Why is that?

But if I were to predict MSFT to be down to $150 today and it doesnt happen, the MSFT-cheerleaders would throw about 15 posts at me for predicting it wrong.

So that is what is going on Blankmind.
