I emailed MXNT and inquired as to the status of filing From 10 to become reporting. They said that their audit is complete and Form 10 is in the hands of their lawyers.

I think this is good news. What usually takes the longest to complete is the audit. Hopefully it will not be too much longer for them to become reporting.
