I do not know ... have not talked to Mike in a while... Will try to call if I get the time today ... been busy as heck here lately. SI is not very active as far as verification goes lately. Mostly emotional witch-hunters.

I believe it is around 51% ... Will UUNET's dial up access be free to go along with y-pay Yes it will , it's a free Europen style internet access. y-pay.net is where you can sign up for it but it does not kick off until July so I believe they are making waiting list ...
