Don, yeah I've been aware more money's been leaving than has been going in the past couple years while the index moves up. I understand how important it is to the street to keep the psychology moving forward, just think there's a time where people finally start saying "hey, the emperor has no clothes" & we can get back to the reality that the fundamentals of all stocks aren't as bad as they look when all the money's directed to only an overvalued handful.

Regarding the money on the sideline, I'm thinking it's there as I believe a lot of investors see what the street's been doing, and won't return under these conditions. I know there was a lot of money sidelined by looking at the AMG data showing $12B in in November moving the index 2000 pts, then $12B out in December leaving the index still up. Recent months have had only a couple weeks of decent inflows.

regards,
Tom
