Baldwin,

You are guilty of nothing. ERM, this thread has ALWAYS been full of chatter and will always be that way as long as the group that founded it are around. If that displeases you, I'm sorry but don't read it. There are many people here that have been investing together since LONG BEFORE DCI was a company and we tend to chat....just a fact of life.

Dorine, IMO it is petty to be concerned about 6000 measly shares. I personally URGED the entire officer structure of DCI to sell 30 to 50 THOUSAND shares each last November to help with their personal finances. They all turned my idea down flat because they know better than anyone what the value of this company is. This is not a company run by a collection of silver spoon babies. Their salaries are way below industry standard and if you broke their salaries down to a per hour status, it would be terrible. These fine people all have families to support and from time to time need money just like anyone else. Do YOU have to file when you move shares of a stock you own? I don't either but I'll promise you there are many people on this very board that move that many shares per week depending on their financial needs and condition. If the sale of 6000 shares truly bothers you, then do something about it. If it doesn't, then why worry about it. Our directors and employees are not rich people by any standard and need to be able to lead their lives without us being concerned over why one of them would need $15000 or less. That money won't even buy you a new car.

Wisdom, I think continuing income from ops should be at least the same or higher than last Q. DCI has not been able to get the switch situation handled as fast as they would have liked so those extra revs are still a Q away. The decision on which switch package to go with has obviously more complicated than I realized but should be handled soon. Even if we come in at 40 mil for the year, it certainly won't have been a bad one considering we ran about 6 million last year.

All in all, I'm still an owner of this stock in a large way and don't see that changing in the forseeable future.

Lou
