When I spoke to Ray Matthews at IR for DGTL 2 days ago, thats is what I believe Gome.

SEC filings will be public soon, distribution agreements will start coming out...etc etc...

It would be worth it to phone them, 1-800-793-1266

Good luck to you. I am very keen on the prospects of DGTL, 12 Million shares fully diluted, minimal Debt.

When I spoke to the company marketing head(forget his name) I asked if there would be news of any contracts in the future.He said that they have deals in the works but a NR won't be done until they have it signed on the dotted line.I asked how close are they and he said possibly in next week or so.FWIW.

The market should tell us when it is near.
