I spoke to Irwin Boock at LEAH and apparently the SEC called Robert Barger and said trading would be halted for 10 days in regard to dissemination of news. I have a call into Barger for more details. Irwin said that has far as he knows everything is going fine. It may be that the SEC was concerned about the large numbers released in the 3rd Q report--250M in revenues for SM--and wanted to verify those numbers. As far as we know, LEAH has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
