Stephen, I understand MSFT manuver to be defering revenue from this quarter to the 4th (400mil or .08/shr). The rational is people purchacing Office 97 are being given free coupons to upgrade to Office 2000. I think simplistically that MSFT decided how much revenue and income they needed to meet the street estimate and took the rest and put it into unrealized revenue for the 4th quarter (when they anticipate really needing it). Smart conserative accounting.
