since the shortfall in net earnings is, according to the newsrelease, due to a change in accounting rules on how to expense $$$ already spent on "start-up activities" - this change appears to be the main reason for the shortfall - doesn't it follow that since the write-off will be expensed 100% this quarter that the following quarters will not have charges from this and therefore better than expected earnings assuming business stays on target - another major reason sighted for the decline was Kyocera handsets not being delivered in the quarter - and I assume will be delivered this year since the contract wasn't cancelled just delayed - this seems to be another reason to expect good quarters/numbers going forward - not worse - IMO
