Dwight, Now I'm excited again. I'd been concerned that there was too heavy a weighting on the "bleeding edge" visionary side of the talent pool which is certainly needed to change paradigms. The three(3) new additions balance the scale with more of the real world practicality, "been there", side. In other words, more experience with "here's what the end users have to deal with in their world", and "here's how the end user thinks". This could well be the team that get salable items to market faster. Good luck to all the hard core long term investors, Bob.
