Bradford downgraded VC and VTR in tandem from buy to hold. Haven't seen the details, can't find them anywhere. The assumption might be that they aren't sure about how the debt workout will be restructured. There's an interesting post on the Yahoo! VC board from Friday - #2383 & 2384 about some of the options. Seems like both VC and VTR gain by renegotiating. Seems like there's a lot more value here than is reflected in the price. Will be looking for a possible entry point here. Maybe buy both VC & VTR to hedge?
