There's no doubt that you're correct.
My own experience as a USXP stockholder was dismal, but IMO it was more than just a case of a BB that went South. Some ex-USXP stockholders, myself included, were left with concerns about USXP that went well beyond the altered state of our wallets.

I continue to believe in RDIM and their mission, but I respectfully continue to question the wisdom of any form of alliance with USXP, no matter how shallow or how fleeting it may be.
RDIM needs to surround itself with proven winners.
Anything less invites problems.

I sincerely hope my personal concerns about USXP are inaccurate, or at least I hope the relationship will have no ill effect on RDIM and its investors.
