I was going to publish a condensed listing of the Lawyers' Hall of Shame, but it's too much work to list them all. Almost every one of the "firms" that have sued Orbital (some of which may be really only one person) has released the same basic news four, five or six times. It's a shame that PR Newswire and Business Wire don't have a newness or substantiality test for these transparent efforts at self-promotion.

Whether the power to tax is exercised by kings, by corporations via monopoly power (cable TV, for example), or by crack-dwellers using campaign contributions and law licenses, the result is the same.
