Dennis, My thoughts exactly. Also, we still haven't gotten clarification about the SEC rules on changes in 'beneficial ownership.' We know that CC has beneficial ownership of more than 5% of the outstanding shares now (refer to latest SEC filings). I've been told that even short sales constitute a 'change in beneficial ownership.' If this interpretation of the rules is correct, we should see an SEC filing by the 10th day of the month following any month in which CC shorted. We haven't. This issue was raised before, but not resolved to my satisfaction. Anyone have solid clarification on this issue? Thanks in advance. Rich
