Well when MSFT did exactly that to (the then Borland) they sued MSFT and later MSFT made an out of court settlement. I believe INPR has a much different business relationship with ORCL now then they did with MSFT back then so not sure if ORCL is aiming there? ORCL also has license agreements with INPR I don't think they want to go there. JMO.
