Yes you can short it, I just shorted plenty of it through DLJ. If it goes up, I'll short more. That psychological 10 mark looks like a pretty strong ceiling. This stock reminds me of several other BBs I lost money on. Now I'm finally gonna make money on a scammy BB the right way - as it crashes down!

dick west - Can't you let the people have some fun? Most people know what the risks are. I have to think that if you brought this stock to the attention of the SEC that you better see a shrink. You need a life.
