This is a bit scarry!!!
If they don't get Deloitte and Touche to issue information regarding doing their audit it does not look good IMO. I have wondered whether or not the (CIS) after the Deloitte and Touche meant that they were either a franchise, different division, or whether they operated under the umbrella of Deloitte and Touche here in the states. Considering their name is on the line I believe something should be said. And yes, I do know that it means Commonwealth of Independent States.

I just spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with Irwin and 5-10 with Robert Barger. First, they are NOT on the first flight to the Caymans. They are pissed. They feel that they have been ambushed and they are not only going to be coming out with press releases clearing this up with the public, they feel that they can have proof in front of the SEC immediately. How fast the SEC can react and lift the trading suspension is another matter. I urged them to try to get the audited year end done and out and the 10's filed before the stock starts trading and they that would be beneficial to all, with the possible exception of the shorts. More later.

Since we cannot buy or sell the stock at the present time and we have only heard officially from one side (the SEC), I suggest we try to gather and share whatever information we can about the company, it's background and it's plans to add to shareholder value, short and long term.

Until we have more information let's try to keep this thread mutually constructive as it could easily fall into a quagmire of blaming and name calling which helps no one but the shorts. And I'm not short.
