Mr. Berger Odd reasoning: if they own 50% plus of netradio; they then own 50% plus of the shares, which they can just hold: would make netradio float much smaller, thereby exponentially increasing the value of navr. S-1 amended should make that all clear.

Here's a thought..could this just be a correction of a misprinted story. NETR filed the s-1 not NAVR, or VVTV. just a thought..

HOLD IT - TIME OUT... Who owns NETRADIO Now ?? Who started Netradio?? Who are all the shareholders of the 'PRIVATE" company called Netradio?? Note: If its a division of NAVR then the previous 2 Q? are not applicable. NAVR (and I am x% NAVR) is the owner. Period. Who paid for all the expenses fo Netradio up to now?? Who Who Who?? Are we suddenly finding out new info about NETR?? Am I missing something ?? Someone, please call the ambulance. I may be an escapee from an asylum. If so, YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW. I may (am) be DANGEROUS.
