After reading the board this morning I thought MSFT was the only stock taking it on the chin this morning. Then I checked the Nasdaq (-49) and a bunch of other NAZ stocks and now I feel fine :)

I doubt yesterday's announcement has anything to do with MSFT being down today. Today's 4 point drop (down less than 3 as I write) is just part the of the Nasday flu we have today.

For that matter, I would not be surprised to see MSFT finish the day up if somehow the markets manage to turn around this afternoon.

BTW, has anyone tried Office 2000 Beta?? There's a copy floating around our office I was wondering if I should give it a try. I have not been the luckiest person using Beta software. IE 5.0 Beta crashed my whole system and I had to rebuild from ground zero, I sure hope the final of IE 5.0 fixes whatever it was that killed my computer.
